How to Return Merchandise

Upon notification to Meet Mayzie,  a return authorization number will be e-mailed to the customer in addition to  the return address.  The authorization number is to be  written on the lower righthand side of the package being returned. Securely package the articles with the original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. The original purchase receipt is to be included inside of the package being returned. We are not able to accept hand-delivered returns. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

 

When will a refund be issued?

Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise, a refund for the amount you paid for the returned item(s), including taxes will be issued within 10 days.

The original shipping charge is not refundable.  All returned items are to be shipped at the customers expense.

 

Exchanges

Oops , wrong color or size?  We will gladely exchange any item that has not been worn, washed or altered in any way.  To exchange a product, please contact us at sales@meetmayziecom and type the word "Exchange" in the subject field. All returned items are to be shipped at the customers expense.
